Sixteen children from the same family were rescued from a dilapidated home in rural Ohio where they lived in wretched conditions with human waste and were confined to a single room for much of the past four years. Four adults, including the parents and grandparents, were charged with felony child endangerment after authorities discovered the children during an unrelated investigation.
