Authorities arrest 10 people accused of facilitating sex trafficking in Los Angeles

Ten people were arrested in Los Angeles for facilitating a sex-trafficking operation involving the Hoovers gang, which targeted approximately 51 underage girls and women using false promises or violence. The operation occurred along the Figueroa corridor in south Los Angeles.
