U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Norfolk seized kitchen cabinets imported from China on June 23, which were deliberately mismanifested and undervalued to evade duties. The cabinets, appraised at over $120,000, were destined for Los Angeles and initially inspected on May 18.
