‘I cried myself to sleep’: Nashville witness pursues driver who dragged dog down roadway
A dog was dragged along Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville by a driver in a black Ford Explorer, as witnessed by Pamela Butts. The dog survived with lacerations and bruises, and Butts pursued the vehicle before police intervened.
