Empire State Building climbers engaged and under arrest

Two masked individuals identified as 'roof-toppers' scaled the Empire State Building, unfurled a world peace banner, and one proposed to the other before both were arrested. The climbers, who call themselves stunt climbers, were engaged and under police custody after the incident.
