Kwun Tong Maryknoll College in Hong Kong proposed stricter mobile phone rules, including storing devices in lockers and banning gaming near the school entrance, but had to delay the changes after strong student reactions. The school currently prohibits phone use on campus and planned to impose four demerits for violations.
