Louisiana State Police introduce two new K-9 officers
Louisiana State Police introduced two new K-9 officers, Billy and Rossy, trained in explosives detection. The German shorthair pointers will serve in the Capitol detail, supported by handlers Corporal Harold Conner and Senior Officer Adrienne Colson, who recently earned national K-9 certifications. The teams will enhance security during special events, dignitary visits, and other high-profile activities at the Capitol Complex.
