Federal judge blocks Postal Service from carrying out Trump mail-in ballot order

A federal judge blocked the U.S. Postal Service from implementing an executive order requiring states to provide lists of mail-in voters before transmitting ballots. Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled the order violated a 2020 settlement agreement between the Postal Service and the NAACP, which mandates oversight of election mail delivery.
