Family shares identities of young couple, 2 children killed in I-75 crash

A young family from Pontiac, including Tieree Powell, Zakiera Powell, and their two children, Malani and Carter, were killed in a crash on southbound I-75 in Holly. The driver involved in the collision caused their vehicle to be disabled on the freeway, leading to their deaths. Michigan State Police are investigating and have announced pending charges against the driver.
