A hospitality business's Facebook Page has been hijacked, with the hacker actively posting content while Meta's support provides only automated replies. The user lost admin access after falling for a fake 'verified badge' tool, reactivated an old account to report the issue, but remains locked out of the main Page as new content continues to be posted.
