Man accused of making sexual advances toward a 16-year-old walking to school in Miami

A 22-year-old man, Keldon Figueroa, was arrested in Miami after allegedly grabbing a 16-year-old girl by the wrist, making sexual advances, and holding a key during an encounter near a Burger King parking lot. Surveillance video and GPS data corroborated the victim's account, leading to his identification and arrest. Figueroa was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center with a $20,000 bond.
