Western Manitoba First Nation declares state of emergency as flooding sparks calls for federal aid
Minegoziibe Anishinabe First Nation in Manitoba’s Parkland area has declared a state of emergency due to washed-out infrastructure caused by flooding. Over 30 communities in the region have similarly declared emergencies and are calling for federal aid.
