Franklin soccer coach who drugged, raped boys sentenced to more than three decades in prison

A former Franklin soccer coach was sentenced to 30 years in prison for drugging and raping young boys, pleading guilty to child exploitation and immigration fraud charges. The investigation revealed he produced child sexual abuse material and used counterfeit documents to conceal his identity.
