Family of slain Burnsville police officer has mortgage paid off by Tunnel to Towers
The family of Burnsville police officer Paul Elmstrand, killed in a 2024 domestic incident, had their mortgage paid off by Tunnel to Towers through its Fallen First Responder Home Program. The organization also previously supported the family of Adam Finseth, another first responder killed in the same incident.
