One can’t be externed merely for taking part in agitations and protests against govt: Bombay HC
The Bombay High Court ruled that a person cannot be externed solely for participating in protests against the government. The decision followed a plea by Saeed Ahmad Abdul Wahid Chaudhary, challenging police action against him.
