Bear spray surge in Japan sparks safety concerns after accidental discharge
A surge in bear attacks in Japan has led to increased use of bear spray, but an accidental discharge at a Nagoya post office injured five people. Vietnamese national Huynh Nhat Duy, 22, was arrested for obstruction of business following the incident.
