Monaco Issues Arrest Warrant for Ukrainian Woman Over Parcel Bombing

Monaco prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant and Interpol Red Notice for a 30-year-old Ukrainian woman residing in Germany, identified as the prime suspect in a parcel bombing that injured Vadym Iermolaiev, his wife, and their 13-year-old son.
