NYC’s ‘worst landlord’ forced to sell three buildings in deal with lender
Landlord Ved Parkash has agreed to sell a fire-damaged building on Noble Ave. in the Bronx, where tenants have been displaced for three years, as part of a deal with his lender. The agreement also requires him to repair 21 other properties in exchange for a loan modification.
