Insurance call, using my name, for vehicles I’ve never owned

A user received a suspicious call and text from an insurance agent addressing them by name, offering quotes for two vehicles they have never owned. The call, suspected to be a robo/AI agent, occurred twice within three minutes, followed by a text message linking their name to the vehicles.
