CDOT rebuilds CO 165 bridge hours after it was destroyed by Aspen Acres Fire

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) rebuilt a one-lane bridge on CO 165 south of Beulah within 11 hours after it was destroyed by the Aspen Acres Fire. The bridge, critical for emergency access and evacuations, was repaired overnight to restore traffic and support first responders. CO 165 was later closed again due to the fire.
