(GER/TR) am I a victim of identity fraud?

A person in Germany received an email and e-invoice from a Dior boutique in Turkey claiming they purchased a scarf, despite not being in Turkey or making the purchase. They found no related transactions in their bank or PayPal accounts and are concerned about identity fraud or data misuse.
