Fourth of July fireworks end in teen arrests after crowd turns hostile in Joliet

Several teenagers were arrested after a disturbance during the Fourth of July fireworks at Bicentennial Park in Joliet. Police reported being assaulted, fireworks launched toward the crowd and officers, and pepper spray was used.
