Rescue Operations End in Kyiv After Massive Russian Strike, Death Toll Reaches 31
Rescue operations at a 16-story residential building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district ended after a Russian aerial strike, with 31 dead and 102 injured. The State Emergency Service cleared debris and recovered remains for forensic analysis, following earlier operations at a nearby nine-story building where 10 bodies were found.
