Flash flooding threatens NYC, NJ and Long Island

A flood watch is in effect for Long Island, New York City, Westchester, and northern New Jersey from Sunday afternoon through Monday night. The National Weather Service issued the warning following days of intense heat, power outages, and downed trees.
