Man’s body recovered after going underwater on lake north of Bemidji

A man's body was recovered from Movil Lake north of Bemidji after he submerged and did not resurface. First responders and bystanders located the body in 25 feet of water, but severe thunderstorms delayed full recovery until 8:30 p.m. The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
