HC seeks Centre's stand on plea of Gymkhana members against show-cause notice for eviction

The High Court has sought the Central Government's position on a plea by Gymkhana members challenging a show-cause notice for eviction. Justice Avneesh Jhingan issued notice to the government and directed Solicitor General Tushar Mehta to respond.
