Kyiv struck by second deadly Russian attack in less than a week

Russia launched a deadly barrage of strikes on Kyiv, killing at least fourteen people. President Volodomyr Zelensky had warned of an imminent attack hours earlier. The city of Zaporizhzhia was also struck, and Moscow claimed to have captured Kostyantynivka, which Kyiv dismissed.
