Kenya: Kindiki Says Govt Asset Sales Will Not Fund Recurrent Expenditure

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has assured Kenyans that proceeds from government asset sales will not be used to fund recurrent expenditure, stating that the funds will be invested in infrastructure projects through the National Infrastructure Fund (NIF).
