Teen describes seaplane's rough landing in NYC's East River: "I thought we were going to drown"

The FAA is investigating a seaplane's hard landing in NYC's East River off Midtown Manhattan. Eight people were on board, including a 16-year-old who described the incident as terrifying and feared drowning.
