Police: Pantless man breaks into 2 Coral Gables apartments

A pantless man named Noah Alec Dutzer broke into two unlocked apartments in Coral Gables early Sunday, allegedly touching himself on a couch, consuming whiskey, and tampering with a security camera. He was arrested after a victim called 911, charged with burglary of both occupied and unoccupied dwellings, and held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
