Sonoma man who allegedly tried to sell marijuana vape to 12-year-old over Snapchat arrested

A Sonoma man was arrested for allegedly attempting to sell a marijuana vape pen to a 12-year-old through Snapchat. The incident was reported to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety on July 1.
