Brush fire started by fireworks in Ocean View

A brush fire in the Ocean View East Beach area of Norfolk, Va., started by fireworks on July 3, was brought under control by fire crews on Friday evening. The incident occurred at Warwick and Ocean View, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
