Two historic ships owned by hospitality company Crew sink in Red Hook

Two historic ships, The Pilot and Victory Chimes, owned by hospitality company Crew, sank in Red Hook's Henry Street Basin. Crew is working with authorities to salvage The Pilot, while locals reported deteriorating conditions of the vessels prior to their sinking.
