A 1-mile stretch of Santa Fe Drive will close for a big bike-ped project this weekend

A 1-mile stretch of Santa Fe Drive between Evans Avenue and Florida Avenue will close this weekend for construction of a pedestrian bridge in Overland. The bridge, funded partly by the 2017 Elevate Denver bond program, aims to connect the east and west portions of the neighborhood and improve access to South Broadway, the South Platte River Trail, and RTD Evans Station.
