Virginia man charged with murder after I-75 crash kills family of 4 in Oakland County
A Virginia man was charged with four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of operating while intoxicated causing death after a July crash on I-75 in Oakland County killed a family of four. The victims were occupants of a disabled Chrysler struck by the defendant, who was driving at speeds exceeding 90 mph with a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
