St. Paul bicyclist dies from injuries after being hit by open car door

A bicyclist in St. Paul died from injuries sustained after being struck by an open car door on June 27. The incident occurred on Highland Parkway when the driver of a parked vehicle opened the door, hitting the cyclist, who later succumbed to a head injury.
