Virtual taekwondo is on the rise as it makes its debut at Asian Games

Virtual taekwondo, combining VR technology with traditional techniques, is gaining traction as a competitive discipline and will debut at the Asian Games in Japan. Co-developed by World Taekwondo and Refract Technologies, the sport uses motion-tracking sensors and VR headsets for noncontact matches, attracting a growing community in Southeast Asia.
