Utah revokes license for boarding school where Paris Hilton says she was abused as a teen

Utah has revoked the license of Provo Canyon School, a boarding school where Paris Hilton alleges she was abused as a teen, citing failures in health and safety services. The state identified noncompliance issues including staff-to-client ratio violations, unnecessary restraints, and neglect, with all services required to terminate by August 6.
