Apple is suing OpenAI, saying the AI giant stole confidential information

Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, claiming the AI company stole trade secrets through former employees, including hardware chief Tang Tan and Chang Liu. The lawsuit alleges these employees accessed Apple's systems after leaving, downloaded confidential files, and recruited others to do the same, with OpenAI's hardware business allegedly built on stolen information.
