4.1-magnitude earthquake strikes Frazier Park area; 2.9 aftershock follows, USGS says

A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck near Frazier Park in Kern County early Sunday morning, followed by a 2.9-magnitude aftershock, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
