Riley Strain death lawsuit against Delta Chi fraternity and its members dismissed

A Missouri judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Riley Strain’s family against Delta Chi Fraternity and its members after Strain’s death. Strain’s body was found in Nashville’s Cumberland River, and a medical examiner determined his death was accidental due to drowning and intoxication with a BAC three times the legal limit.
