Redfin: Nashville now nation’s second-strongest buyer’s market
Redfin ranked Nashville as the nation's second-strongest buyer's market in June, behind Miami, with 129% more sellers than buyers and homes spending 78 days on the market. The median home price rose 2.8% to nearly $500,000, but sellers reduced prices, with 17.7% of listings having price cuts averaging 3.4%.
