Trump aims to elevate federal judge Lee Rudofsky to Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

President Donald Trump announced his nomination of federal judge Lee Rudofsky to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Currently serving on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Judge Rudofsky was initially nominated by Trump in 2019. Local officials, including Arkansas Lt. Gov. Leslie Rutledge and state Attorney General Tim Griffin, congratulated Rudofsky on the nomination.
