Deputy and his K-9 partner track down endangered patient who ran away from hospital
A North Carolina sheriff’s deputy and his K-9 partner tracked down an endangered patient who had fled a hospital over the weekend. Deputy Sgt. John Smith deployed K-9 Tango, which picked up the scent and led to the individual in the woods before continuing across a nearby field. Deputies successfully located the patient near the end of the K-9 team’s path.
