Mud rushed onto his property, damaging walls and leaving piles of debris near his garage, which he estimates will cost $22,000-$23,000 to clean up. Because he does not have flood or fire insurance, Hill is now seeking help with the cleanup work deemed his responsibility by the sheriff's office.
