US firms that kept DEI policies despite ‘go woke, go broke’ threats thrived
Companies that maintained Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) policies remained financially successful even after receiving executive orders from Donald Trump. In January 2025, Donald Trump ended DEI within the federal government through executive orders. Consequently, major corporations, including Google, Goldman Sachs, McDonald’s, and Walmart, announced they were ending their internal DEI policies.
