Florida man on probation allegedly kills and dismembers stepfather, stuffs body parts in suitcases

A Florida man on probation, Jose Proano, has been charged with first-degree murder after allegedly stalking, murdering, and dismembering his 71-year-old stepfather, Jorge Vazquez-Escutia.
