Uber adds fuel surcharge for non-EV fares in Australia amid petrol price rises

Uber is introducing a 5-cent-per-kilometre fuel surcharge for non-electric vehicle fares in Australia from 15 April to 8 June due to rising petrol prices. Electric vehicle trips will remain exempt from the temporary fee.
