Gunfire shatters a neighborhood's sense of safety

Overnight gunfire sprayed the Westhaven community in Portsmouth, Va., leaving bullet holes near Westhaven Elementary School. According to Portsmouth Police, there were no reports of injuries from the incident, which occurred around 2:30 a.m. This event marks the fourth time shots have been fired recently in the neighborhood.
