StarkWare tests quantum-resistant Bitcoin transaction on mainnet

StarkWare reported successfully testing an experimental transaction demonstrating quantum-resistant Bitcoin spending. This test was performed on the mainnet without causing a fork; however, implementing this feature cost up to $200 and required direct miner submission.
